This unique blend combines three aromatic varietals to deliver a wine with astounding floral notes and a crisp, dry finish. Drawing inspiration from both the Alsatian and Rhône Valley white winemaking traditions, the G-V-M shines as a picnic wine or afternoon sipper.

We fermented these varietals to dryness, while still retaining the aromatics. Some folks will expect sweetness at the mere mention of Gewürztraminer and Muscat Blanc, but none of the natural sugar remains. A bright bouquet of honeysuckle and orange blossoms leads to round notes of summer stonefruit and honeydew melon on the palate!
